Step 1：Set a scene

T:由于咱们的面馆文明中外，下周将会接待外国的旅游团。他们不会说中文，所以现在我将会对大家进行员工培训，学习如何接待外国客人，如何用英语点单。

三、实践：知识运用

Step2：首先咱们的食材用英语怎么说呢？

Present some new words about food and expressions to the Ss and match the words with the pictures，finish 1a.

Step3:T:学习了食材，那本店的特色面又怎么用英语介绍呢？

T: There are some great specials.

Special 1 is beef and tomato noodles.

Special 2 is chicken and cabbage noodles.
