一、教材内容分析
本节课是3B的第四单元的第一课时,学生在此之前已经掌握了基数词百位以内的用法以及名词的单复数表达和用法,本节课最重要的内容是让学生学会用How much句型来询问物品的价格,
并且能地根据物品的单复数正确运用How much is the…? It is….跟How much are the …?They are…. 另外基数词的百位表达,也是这节课的内容之一。
二、教学对象分析
通过2年香港朗文英语和3广州版英语教材的学习,学生已初步形成了英语学习的习惯,并且在听说读写等各方面都有了非常明显的提高。由于英语知识的不断加深,特别是出现语法学习时,学生学起来会有些困难。因此,在教学过程中,我通过给予学生大量的信息输入,将学习重点和难点较好地化解于活动教学和情景教学中,让学生自发地多开口说练英语。本课主要任务在于创造更多的机会(例如充分利用实物标上价格)让学生学习新知识和运用语言。
三、教学目标
1、语言知识:
(1)、能较好地掌握各类小物品名称,询问物品价格以及相应回答的句型,如:
A. To introduce pupils to the name of some items:camera, watch, wallet, purse, photo frame, crayons, shoes. B. To use sentences“How much is…?””It is ….”and “How much

are….?””They are ….” to ask and answers the questions about price . (2)、
能就“物品价格”的话题主动进行交流运用。
2、语言技能:
(1)、能根据物品的单复数,运用正确的句型进行价格的询问,例如: How much is the…? It is….跟How much are the …?They are…. (2)、复习基数词
。
(3)、综合运用英语询问物品的价格。
3、学习策略:听说领先,演练巩固。让学生积极参加课堂活动,认真观察、分析、对比和归纳所学知识。以school fair为主线,通过实际的运用操练,培养他们询问物品价格的运用能力。
4、情感态度:学生学会主动学习,突破难点,增强学习的信心。
5、文化意识:了解外国的货币单位与我们的异同(dollar,
pound and yuan)。
四、教学重难点:正确地综合运用How much is the…? It is….跟How much are the …?They are….
来询问物品价格。
五、教学媒体:课件,单词卡
小物品的实物
玩具货币。
六、教学过程
一、Greeting, Review vs Warming up: (5) T:
Class begins! Good morning boys and girls!
What day is it today?
What is the weather like today? Today we are going to learn Chapter 4 At the school fair Now, I want to introduce my friend to you. It is an lovely animal. Listen and guess what animal is it? (Ss listen and guess) Yes, It is a monkey. It’s name is Momo. Look, what is Momo and its friends doing? (They are singing) Let’s sing together.(song: Number Song)

After singing the song, Momo says Good Bye to the monkeys.
Momo keeps going. This time what does it meet?(a sad tree) There are many papers in the tree.Look, What’s on the paper? Can you say the No. s out?
(Look and say out the No.)
二、Presentation.(10) 1.Good,All of the papers have fallen down. The tree is happy. It gives Momo many presents. Look. Here are some of them. Who can touch and tell us what are they? (Ask 3 Ss to touch the things. Then teach the new words: photo frame

wallet and Guess the price to teach “How much is the …?”
2. Listen and guess. Then teach the new words:watch

四、Text (5)
T:At last, Momo is in the school now, it gives all of the presents to the prefect. The children are raising money for the homeless (explain).
