三维目标

1、知识目标：

（1）Students can master the new words about weather. (2) Students can use the Present Progressive tense to describe things easily; (3) Students can master the key sentences in this part: How is the weather in Beijing?/ What’s the weather like in Beijing? What is he/she doing? He /she is cooking/ watching TV…

(1)Students can use the present progressive tense in a different context; (2)Students can foster the abilities of getting useful information from listening material; (3)Students can improve their listening and speaking abilities; (4)Students can describe the weather in different ways. 3．

教学重点、难点分析

1、教学重点：

(1) how 引导的询问天气的特殊疑问句，描述天气状况的形容词。

(2)与天气相关的人们相应的即时活动。

(1)现在进行时中助动词be和动词-ing的正确使用。

(2)世界各地的气候差异。

教学过程设计

Step 1：lead-in 出示教学目标

借助自制视频导入新课。

Teacher：You know May Day is coming. Some of you will go out to travel. Now let’s watch a video and think how to be a great traveller 设计意图：利用与本课话题相关的自制视频导入新课，创设情境，导入即将学到的地点、天气和人们正在做什么的知识点。通过视频，激发兴趣，简单易懂

Step 2：Round One Do you know these city names Show the pictures about places 设计意图：通过游戏通关任务的方式，让学生进一步感知目标语言，学习地名

Step 3：Round Two How is the weather 1 Enjoy a video “How is the weather”

3 1a Match the words with the pictures 4 1b Listen and write these city names in the boxes above 设计意图：通过动画视频，让学生自主探究总结如何询问天气及回答，并通过练习进一步巩固目标语言及提高听力能力

Step 4：Round Three What are they doing? 1 Guessing game What is/are he/she/they doing? 2 summarize the sentence pattern What be sb doing? Sb be doing sth 3 2a Listen and number the pictures 4 2b Listen again .Match the names with the activities. 5 Group work

Tell stories in turns about 2b 设计意图：引导学生观察图片，总结现在进行时的句型，并用听力2a,2b进行巩固练习，并提高听说能力。

小组合作对听力任务进行一定修改，夯实基础再提升，培养小组合作能力。

Step 5：Summary T：What did we learn today? Let students to look at the blackboard and make a summary together. 设计意图: 总结今天学习的内容，让学生更加清晰小结时关注学生整体，把握学生掌握情况。

Step 6：

The final round (电话大考验)Have a test

设计意图：游戏任务关卡的最后一关，对所学知识的检测及落实。并与导入时的电话视频相呼应

Step 7：emotional education “Whether it is sunny or rainy, we should always keep happy!”

设计意图：引导和启发学生更加热爱生活、积极乐观，热爱学习。

Step 8：Homework 1.Finish a paper about this lessen( must do) 2.write a traveling strategy(choose to do) 设计意图：学生作业分层，作业形式比较新颖，写旅游功略时运用到地点、天气和做什么的知识点，达到学以致用的目的。
