Unit1 What can you see？

Student analysis:

Grade Four students have basic English for more than a year, so is easier than Grade Three in the teaching. Class management is orderly. Most of the students are active in the classroom and their performance is very positive. I will use variety of forms of the game and teaching auxiliary supplies to arouse the enthusiasm of the students in the classroom. Through some pictures and games to help students memorize the new words and texts. After the completion of the class, students will read the stage basically. And they can do some simple fills up and translation. Teaching tools:

Cards and multimedia course ware. Teaching goals:

1. Can listen and read the new words.

2. Can listen and talk the new dialogues.

"I can see..."to ask others. Teaching difficult point:

Key point: Use sentence patterns to discuss what you see skillful.

Difficult point: Differentiate "a" and " many".

Teaching method:

Teaching process: Step 1 Warming up

1. The teachers and students greet each other.

2. Listen to the media, sing a happy song loudly together. Step 2 Presentation and drill

2.Playing games. a. One is drumming while the others pass the card. When he stop,

the one who own the card should read the word three times. b. Teacher ask some students to read one word,he read loudly and others read in a low voice .Vice-versa. 3. Writing words. Ask students to write the words in the notebook. Pay attention to write in the right pane. Step 3 Presentation and drill Watching the video and learn the text. Can use " What can you see" "I can see..."to ask others. Pattern practice: T: What can you see in the classroom? S1: I can see a blackboard. S2: I can see many desks. S3: I can see a computer. Step4 Presentation and drill Pattern practice: Teacher put the cards into a box and ask some students to extract one. Then he asks other classes: "What can you see?" One who answered first get one point. See who finally scored higher. Step 5 Presentation and drill Listen to the video .Read the words and texts follow the viedo.

Then divided into two groups of men and women read the texts. Role play and read the texts. Step 6 Homework Choose the right word. A: I can see____ blackboard. ( a ; many) B: I can see ____desks. (a ; many ) C: I can see____ computer. ( a ; many )
