Unit 8 I'd like some noodles. 【教材分析】

本单元的中心话题是订餐或叫外卖。整个单元围绕着订餐者以核心话题展开。通过本单元的学习，要求学生能够运用would like 来表达自己对食物的需求，从而学会订餐或叫外卖，并在订餐过程中学会询问他人的个人信息（如地址、电话等）以及向他人提供自己的个人资料，并学会为面条和饺子写宣传广告, 并以这一主题引出what引导的特殊疑问句和would like的用法。在学习培养学生的人际交往能力，并倡导学生在日常生活中的健康饮食，合理膳食。

【学情分析】

经过七年级上学期的学习，学生已经掌握了一些基本的日常用语，能够用英语很流畅的交流信息，表达喜好和情感。有了解异国文化，习俗的强烈愿望。在英语学习中，他们能够积极参与和合作，有共同完成各种任务的意识。这为本节课任务活动的开展奠定了基础。

但学生在知识方面，缺少丰富的语言基础，对某些任务的完成有一定的难度；在思维能力方面，虽有较强的记忆力和模仿能力，但知识扩展运用的能力尚有待培养；在参与方面，大多数学生有较强的求知欲和表现欲，但部分学生存在不自信、羞于表现等思想顾虑等。

【教学目标】

知识目标

A：学习重点large,noodles,beef,chicken,mutton,potatoes,cabbage,dumplings,porridge,soup,green tea, orange juice;掌握可数名词及不可数名词用法。

B：掌握情态动词would用法及would like 用法

C：学会如何订餐、叫外卖。

能力目标

A：运用would like 短语谈论自己所需求的食品。

B：学会写面条和饺子的宣传广告。

C：提高学生的交际能力社会实践能力。

情感目标

通过实践让学生体验学习英语的乐趣，培养学生自己做事情的能力，并在小组活动中培养合作精神

Talk about the food.

1. Prepare some pictures of“ noodles, beef, cabbage, potatoes, mutton”.

Show them to the students. Ask and answer.

1. Ask some students to answer the questions. The teacher writes the answers on the blackboard.

“What kind of noodles would you like?

“I’d like mutton noodles.”

Practice asking and answering the conversation.

3. Make a new conversation with your classmates.

Step 4. 1a Look and match

1. The teacher reads the instructions to the students. Look at the pictures first. Then get the students to complete it by themselves.

2. Check up the answers.

5. Play the recording, let the students repeat after the recording. Then practice reading the conversation.

would like 和want 表示“要；想要”，但比want语气委婉、客气。其后可接名词、代词宾格或动词不定式。其中，would是情态动词，常可缩写为’d。

I’d like a cup of black tea with milk, please.请给我来杯奶茶的红茶。

I want some hot tea, Mom.妈妈，我想喝些热茶。

would like的固定句型

1)Would you like some …?

你想要一些

……吗？

该句型常用于征求对方的意见。肯定回答常用Yes, please.，而否定回答常用No, thanks.。需要注意的是，在该句型中要用some，而不用any，以表示说话人希望得到肯定回答。如：

— Would you like some apples?你想要一些苹果吗？

— Yes, please. 是的，我想要。

— No, thanks. 不，谢谢。

2). Would you like to … ? 你愿意去做……吗？

该句型表示向对方有礼貌地提出建议或发出邀请，其中like可用love替换。如：

— Would you like / love to play football with me?你想要和我一起踢足球吗？

—

Yes, I’d like / love to. 是的，我非常愿意。

—

I’d like / love to, but I’m too busy.我非常愿意，但我太忙了。

3). would like to do sth. 想要做某事

would like sb. to do sth. 想要某人去做某事

He would like to go out for a walk.他想要出去散步。

Our parents would like us to study well.我们的父母想要我们好好学习。

size作名词，意思是“大小”, 可指尺寸、规模、身材等, 也可作“号码, 尺码”解, 此时是可数名词。
