教学反思

美国学者波斯纳认为：“没有内反思的经验是狭隘的经验，至多只能成为肤浅的知识。如果教师仅满足于获得的经验而不对经验进行深入的思考，那么他的教学水平的发展将大受限制，甚罕有所滑坡。”教师以自己的教学活动过程为思考对象，对自己教学过程的行为、措施、方式、方验、捕捉问题、反思研讨、把感性认识上升为理性思维的过程。

1.对教学目标的反思

教学目标是影响课堂教学成败的重要因素。反思教学目标是否全面，教师应多思考“我为什么做我所做的”。教师要根据整节课的教学实践及学生掌握知识的情况，反思自己所定的教学目标是否符合新教材的特点，是否符合学生的实际情况。学生通过该节课的学习，是否达到教学目标的要求。反思教学目标是否可行。

2.对教学过程的反思

一堂课的成功于否不在于自己设计的有多么的精彩，同时还取决于学生对知识的认识和掌握程度。就是因为这样，我们更加要反思我们的学生。培养自己和学生的情感，多多了解他们的生活。这才能上好一堂满分的课。总而言之，在小学英语教学中，做到及时地、有效地反思，全面的分析教学过程是十分有必要的。

3．对教学评价的反思

在中小学英语课堂教学中，教师要合理有效地运用评价手段，及时收集教与学的信息，调整教与学的方式，通过评价来促进学生学习。新课标提倡评价要保护学生的自尊心，体现尊重和赏识，教师要积极引导学生进行小组评价、互评以及自我评价。评价既要关注学生知识差异，也要关注学生情感差异，更要关注学生个体差异。教师要重视对评价对象的激励和人文关怀，要明白评价不仅是师生间、生生之间的互动，也是情感的互动。

课堂教学反思，就是教师以自己的教学活动过程为思考对象，对自己教学过程的行为、措施、方式、方法、决策以及结果进行全面审视和分析，检讨得失、权衡利弊、系统总结，以期新一轮教学取得更大进步。
