1. 能正确认读和书写有关月份的单词。

2. 能谈论月份及相关的天气情况。

3. 能了解家乡的气候,并学习采用不同的方式获取知识。

教学内容

1. 学习单词:July,August,September,October,Internet,并懂得运用。

2. 学习句型:How is the weather in Taiwan? It’s hot in July and August. But it’s cool in October.

3. 学说韵律诗:October。

课前准备

1. 单词卡片。

2. 多媒体教学光盘。

3. 教学课件。

教学过程

Step1Warming up and Lead-in .

1. 师生互致问候。

2. 游戏——我也是。

游戏规则:教师介绍自己及自己的喜好,学生如果与教师所说的相同,就大声说“Me, too!”,否则就不说话。如:

I live in Minhou. I’m an English teacher.

I’m near the computer. I’m running.

I’ll go to Wuyishan on National Day.

I like trips.

3. 揭示课题。

教师说“:Most of you like trips, too. Today let’s talk about planning a trip. I hope you can plan a trip and tell me something about it after class.”教师出示课题并教学tell。

Step 2Revision .

1. 教师展示制定旅行计划的四要素:“Time”,“Place”,“Transportation”和“Weather”。

2. 结合四要素制定旅行计划,复习上一课内容,导出本课话题。

Step 3Presentation .

1.教师播放课文视频后,引出句子并板书How is the weather in Taiwan?教学单词July, August和October,并初步感知句子It’s hot in July and August. But it’s cool in October. (板书)

2.游戏巩固单词和句子。

3.教师通过出示图片,小组讨论回答How’s the weather in summer?

How’s the weather in autumn?

4.图片与句子比较,让学生思考So it’s nice to go there in……. .

5.再次听录音,找到答案:I t’s nice to go there in October.

6.学说韵律诗:October.

7.教师分享一些台北的相关图片提问:How can we get this information?引出newspaper,TV,book,radio,Internet…告诉学生我们可以通过很多渠道来获取信息。

8.教学Internet,the Internet,find,并操练句型:You can find many things from the Internet.

9.教学Why not turn on the computer? (比较turn on与open并打开通过网络搜集到的关于台湾的美食信息)

Step4Consolidation

1. 教师通过出示同一季节不同城市的天气情况图片,让学生描述并进行相关的文化渗透。

2. Read the plan and fill in the blanks.

National Day is coming. I’ll go for a holiday. I’ll go to Beijing. I’ll go by plane. It’s cool

in Beijing. My father and mother will go with me.

3. Learn to write.
