Unit 4 Let´s have some fruit.

Teaching aims: 1.Master some new words about fruits. 2.Using the dialogues skillfully.

Keys and difficulties: 1.Vocabulary:apple,orange,mango,grapes,watermelon, pineapple,peach,pear,sweet... 2.Sentences: A:Let´s have some fruit. B:Great! May I have some grapes? A:Sure.

A:Have some bananas, please. B:Mmmh! I like bananas.

A:Have an orange. B:I don't like oranges. I like grapes.

Emotional attitudes and values:

The part of the learning contents close to the lives of students,the theme of talking ”recognition of their goods,” so that students can solve similar problems better and improve students problem-solving skills,consolidate knowledge.

Teaching tool: Multimedia course ware.

Teaching steps：

Step1:Greetings. Step2:Presentation. 1. Learn the new words.

Start by using illustrations so that students review some of the words.(apple,banana,pear...)

Lead a free talk about “What´s your favourite fruit”. 2. Teaching the dialogues.

First, show the picture “Let´s have some fruit.” and the answers “Great! May I have some grapes?” Students listen , understand and read.

Next ,show the photo “Have some bananas, please. They are sweet .” and the answers “Mmmh! I like bananas.”

Students listen , understand and read.

Then ,show the picture “Have an orange.” and the answers “I don't like oranges. I like grapes. ”Students listen , understand and read. Last practice the dialogues. Step3:Practice. First, ask several students to make some dialogues with the teacher. Using “Let´s have some...”

“Great! May I have ...”

“Have some ..., please”

“I like... ”

“ I don't like...” and “Have a / an ..., please.”

Step4:Summary. Show the picture of new words and sentences. Ask student to practice these sentences one by one.

Teaching reflection: In this class, students are all in learning and talking about the dialogue. It´s a good way to use really things and multimedia. Education will be mainly to the students.
