一、

教学内容 本单元是Go for it七年级下册的第二单元“Is there a post office near here?”sectionA 1a-2c。本单元1a通过主题图展示了各种社区设施和街区环境，呈现相关的词汇，如post office,police station,restaurant等，并很自然地将学生引入到问路的情景中。1b和1c设计了三个简短的对话，让学生通过听来了解如何询问和描述各种地区设施的地理位置，同时呈现there be句型。2a-2c提供了六段听力小对话，不仅重现there be句型，还呈现方向介词及短语，如in front of ,next to , across from, between…and ,behind等，这些语言的输入是为后面的训练输出做铺垫。

教学重点是与社区环境和设施相关的词汇、方向介词短语以及There be句型的一般疑问句及其回答。

学生分析

学生在上学期已经学过词汇:on,near,in,betwween…and…句型：Where is …? It’s in/on/under/ …

在本单元学习过程和语言活动中都可以用到上述的词汇和句型。同时利用多媒体素材，呈现语言结构和方位，以任务型的教学模式来完成整个教学。其中图片的展示能给学生更立体的感受，更加明确空间位置关系。运用画图的辅助形式，激发学生的兴趣，能够达到更好的效果。

三、教学目标

1、Knowledge Objectives (1)The new words and expressions of this unit: post office, police station, hotel, restaurant, bank, hospital, street, pay phone, near, across from, in front of, behind。

(2) There be structure, where questions and prepositions of place. 2、Ability Objectives （1） To be able to use the new words and expressions of this unit: post office, police station, hotel, restaurant, bank, hospital, street, pay phone, park,near,across from,in front of,behind. (2) Sentences about how to ask and answer about places: -Excuse me,Is there a hospital near here? -Yes, there is. It’s on Bridge Street. /No, there isn’t. -Where is the park ? -It’s across from the bank. 3、Emotion Objectives

1.通过图片进行词汇或短语教学，让学生在情境中操练理解并学会使用。

2.采取Pair work或Group work问答式的口语交际活动，让学生运用表达方式和句型互相操练“问路和引路”。

3.图文配对、回答问题及句子填空的听力方式帮助学生掌握听力技能。

4. 采用Role-play的学习策略，利用课件引导学生学习，展开课堂教学。
