本课是一节语篇教学,属于本单元知识点的延伸,通过一则故事使学生进一步熟练掌握一般现在时中主语是单三时动词的应用。
对于英语的学习,孩子们从一年级学到五年级,由最初简单的单词到句子,再到现在的语篇,接触到的时态大部分都是一般现在时,所以学生们对于这个时态并不陌生,但在本篇课文中出现的大都是主语是单三的一般现在时,这就需要学生注意在这种情况下动词的用法。同时,这一阶段也正是开始提高学生英文阅读能力的时期,教师应紧紧抓住这一时期。
