Match the words with the animals in the picture. (2) 1b First,listen and check the animals the students hear.

Then,read out the conversation in the picture and ask some pairs to

role-play the conversation to the class.

First,.What animals do you want to see first? Lead students to say:the lions、pandas。。。。

Then,the teacher asks students:Why do you want to see them? Lead students to say:Because they’re cute.

Get Ss to work in pairs and practice the conversation in 1c, then make conversations about the other animals in the picture using the words in the box. Ask some pairs to present their conversations to the class. Step 5
