Unit 8 I’d like some noodles. Section B (2a-2c) Learning goals:

【知识与能力目标】

1.Master the key words and phrases: world, around the world , answer, different, cake, candle, age, make a wish, blow out, if, will, candy, lucky, popular, get popular, cut up, idea, bring good luck to. 2. Master the following sentences:

(1).The answer would be different in different countries. (2).The number of candles is the person’s age. (3). If he or she blows out all the candles in one go, the wish will come true.

2 Practice 1).Challenge your memory. T: Let’s play a game “Challenge your memory”. I’ll show you some pictures, let’s see who can say and spell the words fast and right. If you can, you’ll get a star. OK, come on! Let’ go!

2)．Groupwork T: You are all great. Now, can you make a conversation using the words? You can do it like this: A: What do you like ? B:I like … , … and ….
