一、教学目标

1、能听懂，会说新单词China ,Canada ,Australia ,France ,America；

2、能听懂，会说本课对话；

3、能运用“Where are you from?”“Ｉcome from……”等句型询问他人来自何处，并对该询问做出回应。

二、教学重点及难点

1、重点：掌握国家名称。

2、难点：运用“Where are you from?”“Ｉcome from……”等句型询问他人来自何处，并对该询问做出回应。

三、教学准备

多媒体课件，单词卡片等。

四、教学过程

情境创设：环游世界（Travel around the world）

和学生讨论暑假活动

T：What do you often do in summer holidays? Ss: I often go swimming/ play basketball…

T: I like traveling. I often travel to different places in summer holidays. I have a dream. I want to travel around the world. Where do I want to go? Can you guess? 2.

New words. (1)

学习新词Australia: 出示一张悉尼歌剧院的图片。

T: First, I want to visit this place. This is the Sydney Opera House. It is in Australia. 板书单词Australia,分音节带读新单词。

将单词首字母用不同颜色的粉笔大写，告诉学生国家名称是专有名词，首字母要大写。

集体练读、分组练读或“开火车”练读新单词。

以相同的方式教授the USA, China, Canada, France, the UK。

（2）词汇操练

①快速读单词，出现数字几就读几次，出现炸弹不读。

②听国家的名称快速将对应的国旗举起来，又快又对的一方得一分。

③快速闪现国旗图片，猜猜国家名称，看谁反应最快。
