一、

教学目标

（一）

语言目标

1、

词汇：能听懂、会说、会读新单词China,Canada,Australia,France, the UK,the USA,会说come from. 2、

句型：能运用“Where are you from.”

“I come from…”询问他人来自何处，并对该询问做出回答。

(二)应用目标

1、能听懂、会说Part A 部分的对话。

2、能简单谈论自己或他人国籍。

二、教学重、难点

1、重点：能听懂、会说、会读新单词China,Canada,Australia,France, the UK,the USA, 能运用“Where are you from.”

“I come from…”询问他人来自何处，并对该询问做出回答。

2、难点：

（1）Australia的发音。

（2）表示国家的专有名词首字母要大写。

（3）英国、美国和澳大利亚三个国家的国旗辨认。

单词卡片、各国小国旗、

PPT 课件、录音机、磁带。

四、教学过程

(一) 热身（Warming-up）

1、Greetings. 2、Sing a song: 《Ten Little Indian Boys.》(一边唱歌一边用课件呈现各国国旗。）

(二) 新课呈现(Presentation) 1、创设情境：环游世界（Travel

around the world.）

教师创设一个“环游世界”的真实情境，进入单词学习。

出示一个印度男孩向学生介绍：He is

Asa.

He comes from India. Guess: What does he like to do ? Ss:... 学生回答完以后让学生看课件。

T：Look！Asa likes travelling. He wants to travel around the world. Do you want to travel with him ?

Ss: Yes, I do. T: OK. Let’s go. 3、

Learn new words. （1）

学习新单词Australia,引出句型” I come from…”

“Where are you

from?”

a、教师出示悉尼歌剧院和袋鼠的图片。

T: Guess, what country is it? Ss: It’s Australia. T: Yes, you are right. This is Australia.

板书单词：

Australia a.

分音节带读新单词。

单词首字母用不同颜色的粉笔大写，告诉学生国家名称首字母要大写。

集体练读，开火车读,指名读。

（3）词汇操练

a、

跟录音读单词。

b、游戏：

①比比谁更快

游戏规则：听到国家的名字快速将对应的国旗举起来。

②眼力大观察。

游戏规则：看到快速闪过的国旗图案说出相应国家的名称。

c、完成练习：把国旗和相应国家名称连线。

3、The dialogue. (1) Listen and answer. 不打开书，只听音，听音前给出任务。

今天来自世界各的小小旅行家们都到韶山来参观了，他们会说些什么？

学生小组表演对话。（Act in groups.）用所学句型表演对话，体验运用知识的乐趣。

（四）作业布置（Homework）

1、抄写Unit8PartB 新单词5遍。

2、跟录音朗读Unit8 Part A and PartB。
