Step9: 学生写学习反思

【教学反思】：

本堂课较好地完成了教学任务。连成绩中下的同学最后都能参与课堂，积极回答问题。而且通过批改同学们的当堂作业发现，绝大多数同学对于天气的单词和询问天气的句子已能掌握。

对于本堂课，学生有较浓的兴趣，能让不同层次的同学参与到了不同的活动，让人人在课堂上都找到了自己的位置，人人都有事可做，都有所进步。

不过本堂课上也出现了一些问题。最后一个天气预报环节，我在选学生上来表演时，应该按照梯度来选，先选中等生，慢慢再到学优生。而我这次却先选了表现很好的同学先上，导致后面没有同学敢于挑战。
