Unit10 It’s one of the famous mountains in China.

一、教学目标:

1. 能掌握以下单词:famous, mountain, dish, temple, square, place, lake

2.能掌握以下句型:—There is a famous ...in ...

二、教学重难

1. 教学重点:1) 能用所学词语和句子谈论地方风景名胜和特色食品。

2)熟练运用句型It’s one of the famous places in ...

2. 教学难点:让学生以家乡的风景名胜和特色食品为豪,积极向他人介绍和宣传家乡。

三. 教学过程

1.Before class, we sing a song together.

2.Show the students the title of this unit. Ask them two question: “Do you like travelling? Where would you like to travel?”

3. Introduce the famous lakes, mountains, temples, dishes and squares in China . Show the pictures to them.

4.Practise some important sentences one by one.

5.Homework

(1)Remember the new words and expressions. Try to understand how to express famous places in English.

(2) Role-play the conversation with a partner after class.

(3)Write three short conversations to ask about your best friend's favourite places.

四.教学反思及对策

1.部分学生的参与积极性不是太高,原因在于词组掌握,句子掌握不太牢靠。

2.大部分学生的口语有待提高,发音不标准是常态。

3.今后的教学要注意学生的口语,以及英语学习兴趣的培养。
