一、教学目标

Step One Pre—reading 1.

Free talk T:It is Christmas Eve. Santa Claus is coming. But he is too busy. Who will deliver the present this time? (PPT 展示图片,教读单词
deliver,引出故事第一部分)
Step Two While—reading 1.
Part One Let’s watch the video, then find out who will deliver the present?
This time Vicky is Santa Claus.(采用看动画听录音的方式,熟悉故事的起因,知道故事的主人公)

Part Two Read the story page 10 to page 19, finish the sheet. 1)
Read in groups, fill in the blanks; (小组合作阅读
10-19 页,培养快速寻找信息的能力,采用归纳表格式,将故事简单呈现出来。)
