StepⅡ Warm-up（准备活动）: 1.
The pronunciation of “ay”in the words.(字母组合ay在单词中的发音) 2.
Step Ⅲ Lead-in(导入): Show the students a picture of a calendar, and ask the students: How many days in a week? Ask the students to count them together. Teacher: There are seven days in a week. In this unit we’ll learn words about the seven days of a week.
Step Ⅳ Presentation（新授）：new words “Sunday and Monday”（新词Sunday和Monday）
1.
Show students a picture of the sun. Teach the new word Sunday:
Sun太阳+day日→Sunday The word “day(日，天)”.
Teach the students how to read and write Sunday. Show the students the cultural background. 2.
Show students a picture of the sun. Teach the new word Monday:
Mon（moon）月亮+day日→Monday Teach the students how to read and write Monday.
