教学背景

1、设计思路：

小学生的思维特征是以形象思维为主要形式，所以，在教学中要充分利用直观教具，依靠实物、图像等方式调动其手、眼、口、脑等各种感觉器官参与教学活动，启发学生的思维。其次，采用多媒体一体机介绍本课的主要语言点，把教材中的重难点以图片的形式，形象化地呈现给学生，以强化学生的视觉，帮助学生理解和运用语言。

2、教学分析

（1）教材分析：本节课——Is this an orange ?是湘教版小学英语三年级下册第7单元的第一课时。本节课主要的学习内容是学生爱吃的一些水果单词和一般疑问句的问答。

（2）学生分析：三年级学生的年龄在九到十岁左右，生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛、动画特别感兴趣。

3．教与学的方式

本课教学主要教学方法有：视听法、游戏教学法等。让学生以在课堂中习得语言和以问题推进理解整体语篇，创设贴近学生生活经验和兴趣的活动，能吸引和组织学生积极参与，有利于学生学习英语知识、发展语言技能，从而提高实际语言运用能力。鼓励学生创造性的运用语言，培养学生主动学习，团结合作，大胆实践，勇于创新能力；注重语言运用与现实生活的紧密联系，实现学用结合，学以致用。

4、教学目标

知识目标: 1. 能听懂、会说单词orange、 banana、

lemon、 pear 、apple。

2. 学习句型： Is this a/an----？ Yes， it is./ No, it isn't.

能力目标：

（1）

学生学会用英语辨认水果，品味水果。

（2）鼓励学生自设情景，创编、表演对话，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

（3）灵活运用所学的句型和词汇，并用于日常交际。

情感目标：

告诉学生学好英语的方法；培养学生小组合作精神；提高学习英语的兴趣。

5、教学重点难点：

（1）教学重点：1.新单词

2.能运用一般疑问句“Is this a/an…？”询问物体（水果）的名称，并对此询问作出回答。

（2）教学难点：掌握一般疑问句“Is this …？”的结构。

6、教学准备：

有关水果的单词卡、图片和实物，

多媒体课件。

7、教学策略：

1.游戏策略：通过萝卜蹲的游戏，激起学生对于学习英语的兴趣，在游戏中掌握单词；

2.角色扮演：通过对课文熟读之后，再进行角色扮演，形成真实的语言氛围，使学生在语言运用中学习和巩固英语，达到了学以致用的目的。

二、教学过程

Step Ⅰ

Warming up and leading in

1. Greetings.

2. Sing an English song: Apple Tree.

T: You sing the song very well. Please sit down. Now I have a secret box. And guess what is in the box? 3.

Write the topic on the blackboard.

【设计意图】首先通过英文歌曲热身，帮助学生进入学习状态。通过猜魔法盒子里的东西，激起学生的兴趣，导入课题。

Step Ⅱ

Presentation and drill (呈现感知)

1、teach the new words by actual fruits. 2、Ss follow T to read the new words.

Ss answer the new words when see the fruits in the hand of T.

Ss guess the fruits when see the fruits flashing on the PPT. T: You guess right. You are very clever. Let’s clap your hands.

(fruits: apples/bananas / oranges/lemons/pears) 【设计意图】教师利用多媒体课件辅助教学的优势，展示各种水果，给学生直观的感觉。

3、导入新句型



T: Look at me. 这是苹果吗？Yes or no. How to say this sentence. Next let’s learn the new sentence pattern. Is this an orange? Ss: Ss follows T to read.



Let’s play a game “ Guessing game”

通过PPT上面的图片，

让学生猜是什么苹果，使用所学的句型。

[设计意图]：该游戏能够对新学单词进行复习，同时引出新句型，把词汇放在句子中操练，做到词不离句。游戏中人人参与活动，在活动中进行语言实践，学生在真实的情境中感受和使用所学语言。

Step Ⅲ

Practice (操练体验) 1.Listen and say

T: Please turn to page 33 and listen.

T: Read after me. I read 1 time. You read 2 times.

[设计意图]：打开书跟读，对课文从整体了解过度到模仿和朗读训练。

3.Role play 3 in one group, ask 2 groups to play the role.

4.Let’s chant Step IV: Summary T: Boys and girls, how clever you are! You have finished all challenges. Now let’s sum up what we learnt in the class. Step V Homework(作业) 1. Copy the new words. 2. Recite the passage. Step VI. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

T: Boys and girls, there is a famous saying: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. [设计意图]：对学生宣传“多吃水果，有益健康”的知识。
