T: Everyone feels unhappy sometimes, but we need to know how to deal with it. I have young friend, her name is Molly. She feels unhappy about family and school rules. She writes a letter to Dr. Know because she thinks he knows everything. 由询问学生对于烦恼的解决方法引出Molly解决烦恼的办法，从而导入本节课的重点内容
