I'm watching TV. 一、教学目标：

1.语言知识目标：

能掌握以下单词：

newspaper, use, soup, wash, movie, just 能掌握以下句型：

①

—What are you doing? —I'm watching TV. ②

—What's he doing? —He's using the computer. ③

—What are they doing? —They're listening to a CD. 2) 能掌握语法：现在进行时态的用法。

3) 能运用所学的知识，描述人们正在干的事情。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

通过对本单元的学习活动，能培养培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣，善于发现生活中正在发生的事情，培养学生团结合作的精神。学情分析

3.学情分析：学生的英语语言应用能力较差，在教学的过程中不仅要注重语法和写，更加注重听说读写的训练。

二、重点难点

1. 教学重点：

1) 词汇、词组搭配和现在进行时的用法。能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。

2) 能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配,如: doing homework, using the computer, watching TV, eating dinner…

等

2. 教学难点：

现在进行时中现在分词的结构及读音，能在交际中准确地运用现在进行时来描述或表达正在进行

三、教学步骤

Step 1: Warming-up Greeting. Play a song of what are you doing. Greet the students and divide students into 4 groups (G1, G2 and G3, G4) to have a competition Which group will be a winner in our class,they will have no home work. (设计意图：教师主动问候拉近师生之间的关系，通过游戏活跃课堂氛围,激发学生的获胜心理)

Step 2: Presentation (1).play a video to get the students to catch the verb with ing ,explain the rules.

(2).Show the picture, Students stand up and say out the activities and lead into the new lesson. Get the students read it after the teacher and by themselves. Then do 1a (设计意图：通过课前的视频能够帮助缓解学生的紧张情绪，也可以帮助学生初步接触动词ing形式，并分析添加规则，为后面的课程进入做好铺垫) T: Who’s he ? what is he doing? Show some pictures of the students’different activities, teach the new sentences通过一幅幅图片详细呈现现在正在进行时态，学生适时跟读,讲解的同时板书重点句子。

1. He is playing computer games. He is eating breakfast.

2.She is dancing . She isn’t writing. 3. They are cleaning.They are talking.

4.Find out the rules of “ing”

exercising (设计意图;通过身边的同学实例引入本课内容，用学生熟悉的人物做动作引入，引发学生的学习兴趣，在与学生教与学之中完成新单词和目标句型的输入,加上学生竞猜活动，进一步校验学生的单词输入)

(3). Guessig game：(have a competition among groups)

play a guessing game in 4 groups to check their learning of the new words and sentences show some pictures about actions quickly and let students read the question together,then if chose some student to stand up to share their answers.

Boys and Girls: What is she doing?

One student: She is doing homework.

(设计意图：通过比赛，比一比哪位同学能准确猜到答案。

如：What is he doing?He

is sleeping?直到猜对为止。反复操练新单词和目标语言，并学以致用，让学生在游戏中大胆开口说英语，从而提高学生语言表达能力,也为后面的听力训练做下铺垫)

Step 3: Practice (1)1.Pair work

Show some pictures in 1a and let the students ask and answer in pairs. Ask some pairs to act.一或二人表演，一人表演提问，一人提问，全班回答。

如：S1:What are you doing ?

S2: I am running.

S1:What is he/ she doing ? Ss:He/ She's running

(设计意图：让学生用刚学过的新句型来编小对话，在真实情景下能模仿尝试在提示下输出自己经过初步加工的语言，以便更进一步加深对所学语言的理解和运用)

Step 4: Listen and number 1.1b (设计意图：听标准发音，训练学生听力能力，检测学生对目标语言的掌握程度并运用到实际生活中去)第一遍整体感知选出图片，第二遍重复听力对话。

2.Listen again. Fill in the blanks.

Step 5: Homework Make a survey Let students make a survey about what are their classmates doing in this evening.Next class.make a report. (设计意图：友好互相合作，贴近生活的英语活动让学生能更自然地学习并习得英语。同时，使学生在课堂上所学到的知识在课后作业上得到落实，使课内与课外紧密相结合)
