教学步骤：step1 情景导入

(Let students perform the story which was made by themselves.)

设计意图：课堂以学生自编自演的小话剧开始，营造英语语言氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，符合学生的年龄特征。

Step2 出示图片复习地点名词。(Show pictures)

Step3 根据图片学习方位介词及短语。

Teacher: Is there a post office near here?

Students: Yes,there.

Teacher: Where is it?

Students: It’s on Center Street.

Teacher: Yes , it is on Center Street,and It’s across from the pay phone. Is There a hotel near here?

Students: Yes ,there is.

Teacher: Where is it?

Students: It’s behind post office. Teacher: Yes ,It’s behind post office,and It’s between the restaurant and the supermarket.

学习本节课要求掌握的方位介词，短语及重点句型。

设计意图：通过本环节的学习让学生进一步学习方位介词,短语there be 及where 句型。通过问路指路或建筑物位置关系的对话练习，让学生知道怎样向他人介绍

自己的居住环境，更深入了解知识点，提高了将语言目标运用于实际的能力。

Step5: 语法聚焦

There be 句型

一、There be ...句型表示的是“某地有(存在) 某人或某物”，

句式结构：

1.肯定句式：There be (is，are) +名词+地点状语

_____ ___ two erasers in my pencil box.在我的铅笔盒里有两块橡皮. _____ __ a tall tree in front of the house.在房子前有一棵大树。

2. 否定句：There isn’t / aren’t…

例如：

_____ _____ a bank on Bridge Street.大桥街上没有银行。

______ _____ any basketballs in the classroom.在教室里没有篮球。

3. 一般疑问句：Is/ Are +there + 主语

+…?

肯定回答：Yes, there is/are. 否定回答：No, there isn’t/aren’t.

__ _____ a restaurant near here?这附近有餐馆吗？

___ _____ any students in the classroom?

二、There be 句型中的主谓一致原则

There be句型中be动词的形式要和其后面的主语在人称和数上保持一致。

(1)

如果句子的主语是单数的可数名词，或是不可数名词，be动词用“is”。

e.g. 紧挨着邮局有一个投币电话。

_____ __ a pay phone next to the post office. (2) 如果句子的主语是复数名词，be动词就用“are”。

e.g. _____ ___ many trees in the park.在公园里很多树。

(3) 如果有两个或两个以上的名词作主语，be动词要和最靠近它的那个主语在数上保持一致，也就是我们常说的

“就近原则”。

e.g. 在桌子上有一只桔子和一些香蕉。
