借鉴STEAM课程模式：

美术老师：提前讲季节特征的绘画，并完成自己生日所在季节的绘画和自己的肖像画，带到英语课备用。

科学老师：提前讲解各国家地理位置的不同因此月份所在的季节不同。

教材分析：

本课是北师大英语五年级第9册关于讨论生日及其相关季节的活动课。在3单元的学***部分学生对书中的序数词已经掌握并学会运用。因此本课的重点句型是“When is your birthday? It’s …”以核心句型，让孩子们在模拟的与外国同龄人交谈的场景中，对已学的重点词汇和句型进行操练和巩固。旨在为孩子们营造一个逼真的交流情景，去体验和操练已学知识，为本单元重点词汇和重点句型做好小结和巩固。

学情分析：

五年级在小学教育中处在高年级的初期，观察能力和逻辑思维能力有了明显的提高；在家长和老师的鼓励下能独立完成一件事；他们更加看重伙伴间的友谊等。现我所教五年级四个班大部分的学生学习兴趣较为浓厚，学习积极性较高，喜欢参与有挑战性的新颖的学习任务，不畏学习中的新词汇或较难的句型，愿意动脑去猜测和理解。但各班都有一部学生在家的学习不够自觉，家庭学习习惯有待父母帮助改善，学习效果无法跟上，因此我们尝试利用新颖有趣的课堂吸引孩子，激发孩子内在的学习主动性，并利用课后小组共同学习的方式帮助和督促这部分孩子。

设计意图：

小组合作学习，能使小组成员间互相学习、包容、接纳和彼此协助，最终达成共同完成相关学习任务。在这个过程中学生能从初步的记忆、理解层次，过渡到运用层面，在互相帮助中1

出现分析、评价，学习能力强的孩子最终出现创新。让学习的过程变成一次分享与发现之旅。
