Unit 7 Is this an orange ?

桥铺完小周俊莲一、Teaching aims:

1. Enable the students read the new words: orange, banana, lemon, apple, pear, market, classroom .

2. Enable the student be familiar with the sentences:

“-Is this an/a ...? -Yes, it is/No, it isn’t.”

二、Teaching emphasis:

Enable the students listen, read, say and write the new words and talk about something about fruits..

三、Teaching difficulties:

Enable the students be familiar with the new words and sentences pattern.

四、Teaching tools: multimedia, cards, material object.

五、Teaching steps:

Step 1 Warming up

1.Greetings .

2. Sing the song “I Can Sing My ABC”

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1.Show the cards and teach new words.

(2): Fruit squat

3.Using the PPT to show the sentences pattern:
