一、知识目标

词汇:(1)新单词:which, raincoat, jacket, umbrella, clothes, thick, thin. (2)复习旧单词:new, old, or, dear, want.

语法:Which开头的特殊问句及回答。

句型:A: Which one do you want, the yellow one or the red one?

B: The red one, please.

A: Can I have a new raincoat? B:Yes, dear.

二、能力目标:能朗读单词句子,用英语表达需要。

三、情感目标:爱护自己的东西,不要浪费。

四、教学过程

Step 1: Warming up

1 Greetings

Ask and answer between the teacher and the students.

2 Revise the words: new, old, dear, want.

Show pictures of old, new.

Step 2: Presentation

1 Learn new words: raincoat, jacket, clothes, thick, thin.

Teach “jacket” using the flashcard.

Teach the other words in the same way.

2 Teach the students to read the new words.

Ask some students to read the new words.

3 Play games: Loud and low voice, magic eyes.

4 Present new sentences:

Can I have a new raincoat? Yes, dear.

Which one do you want, the yellow one or the red one?

The red one, please.

Help the students to understand the sentences.

5 Listen to the tape and choose the correct answers. ( √or ×) Lingling’s raincoat

6 Revise the opposite words.

7 Students read the text after the tape.

Teach the students to read the text.
