Step1

Warming up a.Greeting T:Hello,boys and girls!

Ss:Hello ,miss Zhong. T:Good morning, boys and girls!

Ss:Good morning,miss Zhong T: How are you?

Ss: I’m fine,and you? T: I’m fine,too. （今天这节课，我要先检查一下上节课给大家布置的任务，就是复习第四单元的单词。）

b.Reviewing T shows the pictures on the screen,and then let Ss speak out them in English. （好吧！现在请大家看大屏幕，上面的服饰用英语如何表达？）

T lets Ss speak out the numbers from 1 to 10.(接下来我们再度复习一下数字，请大家用英语从1数10.) And then T lets Ss speak out the Chinese meaning of the numbers on screen.(现在我再考考大家，请看大屏幕，把你们看到的英文数字用中文说出来。)（非常棒！我很满意，大家对英文数字掌握的比较好。那么，现在我请大家猜一个与数字有关系的物品，在这个物品上可以看见很多数字，这是什么呢？我给一点小提示，请大家猜一个谜语“有方也有圆，

指针告时间，响声十二下，开始新一天。”对，这就是待会我们将要学习的“钟表”，它与我们的生活息息相关。）

Step2

a.T shows a picture of a “clock” on screen to lead in the new word “clock”.Firstly,T teaches the pronunciation of “clock”and then practises it with a game called “Magic fingers”

(About twice) b.T continues to lead in “o’clock”, especially emphasizes the difference of

“a clock” between “o ‘clock”, and then gives many pictures of clock to practice “o’clock” .e.g seven o’clock and so on. Especially,T teaches the new words of “eleven” and “twelve”. Firstly, T teaches the pronunciations of them and then practices them with two games:1,High and low voice

2.Little teachers。（刚才，大家在游戏中的表现非常棒，现在我们游戏的难度升级了，接下来，考一考大家的眼力，请大家仔细认真地观看大屏幕上钟的时间。）

c.T plays a game with Ss called “Look and say”(Patterns:Say it together or ask someone to answer) Then T lead in the important sentence of “It’s----o’clock.”

Patterns:(T gives the e.g and then lets Ss say out the time.) d.T shows a picture to lead in “What time is it?” and lets Ss

guess the meaning. T practices the sentence with two games(1,Speak out your暗号2.Passing the clock) e.T shows a picture to make conversations with Ss and then ask some Ss to make conversations by themselves.Patterns:(Boys and Girls,S1 asks and S2 answers) f.Playing another game:Guess the time(about three times)（现在，我们将要迎来本堂课最有挑战性难度最大的游戏了,”Guess the time.”）(刚才大家玩得很开心，现在我们稍作休息，我将会唱一首歌，同时请大家趴在自己的课桌上，当我唱到叮叮咚的时候，请所有的同学像这样坐好，坐得最快最好的那组，可以再接再厉更上一层阶梯。Do you understand?)
