Grasp the words and the sentence patterns:

V、Teaching Tools: Some cards; Multimedia. VI 、Teaching Procedure: Step 1: Warming up 1、Greeting:Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you . Now we start the English class!Let’s sing a song. 2、Sing a song: Alphabet Song.
Step 2: Teach new words 1、T:You’re very good! Now we start to learn Unit 5 《I hurt my knee》.Please look at this picture! Who is he?Yes,he is Yao Ming.He is a great basketball player.Now follow me to learn the words. Show some pictures and teach the other new words: head neck elbow hand knee foot 2、Read these words,each three times. 3、Let’s play a game! I choose two words as a bomb.When I read the bomb word,you don’t read it.When I read other words,you should read it loudly. Ok? Tell the students the game rule in Chinese and change some bomb words to play one more time. 4、The whole class read the words together.As they read,the teacher pointed to her body. 5、Lead students to play “I do ,you say”.The teacher pointed to her body,the students should say the word as quickly as possible.
6、Lead students to play “I say Chinese,you say English”.
The teacher say Chinese word,the students should say the English word as quickly as possible. 7、Lead students to play “I say English,you say Chinese”.

8、The whole class read the words together.
Step 3: Teach the new sentence 1、Lead the students to learn “ Listen and say”. Please look at the picture. Pupil A:Help me!I’m hurt.
A: 帮帮我!我受伤了
Pupil B:Where?
B: 哪儿?
Pupil A:I hurt my foot.
A:我弄伤了脚。
2、Lead students to play “I read loudly,you read whisper”. 3、
“Fast reaction”.Teacher point her neck,students should say “I hurt my neck”. The whole class read the sentences together. Step 4: Summary Lead students to review knowledge. Step 5: Homework 1、Go over the new words and sentences. 2、Do some exercises.
