教学设计

一、内容分析

本节课围绕人物外貌描述展开活动，并进一步拓展话题内容。任务紧扣学生生活实际，使学生表达的内容更加丰富，语言更加复杂。以分类的方式帮助学生回顾和复习关于人物描写的词汇。阅读语篇介绍了刑侦画像师的职业和经历，让学生能真切地感受到外貌描述在生活中的实际用途，巩固关于人物描写的语言结构。同时通过阅读进行思维构图的训练，要求学生在理解语篇的基础上选出符合描述的人物形象。读后活动则要求学生根据上下文分析句子的逻辑关系，推测不同代词的指代对象，不仅能考察学生对细节的理解，还培养学生的语篇分析能力。

二、学生分析

学生在上册已经掌握了一般现在时的单三，而且单元话题贴近学生日常生活，因此学生喜欢用英语表达此类知识。再学习就不会很难，学生在以前学习并掌握了部分描述人物外貌的形容词，如tall, short, heavy, thin, long等。且本班学生特别活泼，表现积极，相信能取得好的效果。

三、教学目标

（一）语言目标

1．复习本单元所学词与词组。

2. 掌握本单元生词与词组

artist,crime,criminal,put,each,way,describe,differently,another,in the end, real, jeans 3. 能根据描述画出人物的外貌，并且辨别符合描述的人物形象。

（二）

学习能力

学会谈论，描述身高，体重，发型，面部特征及着装等外貌特征。并根据描述画出人像。

（三）思维品质

猜测，逻辑排序，概括与推理。

（四）文化品质

通过描述身边同学和教师的外表，增加彼此之间的感情，培养人际交往能力，同时感受到语言使用的趣味性。领悟与人交往时不可以貌取人，而是更加注重人的性格和品质。

（一）描述人物外貌特征。

（三）掌握人物外貌的词语和句子

五、教学策略

（一）能通过上下文确定阅读篇章中的指代关系。

（二）能根据所听或所读内容中的人物外貌描述推断出正确的形象。

How to describe a person A guessing game: Who is he/she? Step 2; How to draw a person? Task 1: Draw pictures according to the following sentences. He has a round face and a small nose. He has a smiling mouth. He has a pair of round and black eyes. He is fat. His arms and legs are strong. He is cute and kind.
