一、教学内容

人教版下年级下Unit6 It’s raining!是一节新授课，本节课的核心话题是谈论天气并复习现在进行时，通过本课的学习，使学生掌握本节课出现的表示天气的形容词、询问天气的句式及灵活运用现在进行时态。

二、教学目标

1.知识目标

词汇:学习天气状况的形容词rainy，

windy，

cloudy， sunny， snowy. 句型:(1) How’s the weather?

It’s sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ raining/ snowing.

(2) What are you doing?

I am doing... 2.能力目标 (1) 学会用英语询问和描述天气情况。 (2) 询问他人在做什么。 3.情感目标 教育学生平时注意观察天气及周围环境的变化，善于用英语描述周围的事物，了解不同地方的天气情况，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。 三、教学重、难点 重点:1.掌握本课有关天气的所有新单词。

Show a video, and ask the students two questions.

1) Show some pictures and listen some sounds. Guess what it is and how the weather is.

2) Draw some signs and guess what they mean.

3) Show a video

Write down the weather words. (fine =sunny)

4) Finish 1a. 4. Presentation

Show different places in the world. Let students know about the places and their weather. How’s the weather in…? =What’s the weather like in…?

5. Pair work

Show a map and students talk about the weather. 6. Listening Practice. Show five places. I think they are beautiful. Where do you want to go? ( Students answer the question.) But we don’t know how the weather is. Let’s listen and finish 1b. 7. Game.
