教学过程

Step 1 Lead-in

T shows some pictures and asks Ss: 1.

What’s the man doing? 2.

What do you think of the noodles? Step2 Presentation

T: What do we need to cook noodles? T shows the pictures of food and let the students try to speak out the names of food they know. Step 3 New words 1a Read the new words about food in 1a.（并提醒学生注意名词的单复数）

Read after the teacher. Let the students watch the picture carefully and finish 1a. Check the answers.

Step 4 Listening 1b Listen for the first time and let the students check the noodels the person orders. If necessary, play the tape for the second time. Check the answers. Step 5 Pair work 1c Look at the picture in 1a and learn the drills: Let the students read aloud the conversation in1a

Practice the conversations in 1a .Then make thier own conversations. Ask two pairs to act it out. Step 6 Presentation 2a, 2b Learn more food and the new words in 2a. Look at the pictures in 2a, try to ask and learn. eg: —What kind of noodles would you like? —I’d like beef noodles, please.

—What size would you like?

—Small/Medium/Large, please. Listen to 2a and check the food they hear. check the answers. let the students go through the sentences in 2b.

Listen for the second time and finish 2b.

Check the answers. Let the students read the sentences aloud. Step 7 Pair work 2c Ask and answer questions with their partner. Finish 2c. Role-play the conversations in 2c. Step 8 Homework Copy the new words and try to remember them.
