Today is Saturday. 一、教学目标

掌握词汇:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, today, tomorrow 理解词汇:happy, birthday, weep, tree, sweep, knee 语法: 字母组合ee的读音及词组today and tomorrow的书写。

一个笑脸面具,一幅日历,一个生日蛋糕,一根蜡烛,一个打火机,单词卡片(Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday),教学挂图,教学音频等。

出示笑脸面具
T: I’m happy today. Do you know why?
鼓励学生大胆猜测。然后出示插有蜡烛的生日蛋糕。
T: Today is my birthday. (出示标记了当天日期的日历)What day is it today? Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday?
Ss: It’s... T: Yes, today is... It’s my birthday.
板书单词Sunday,Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday和birthday,带
读。

点燃生日蜡烛。
学生唱生日歌,教师许愿,吹灭蜡烛。
T: I’m so happy today.(出示笑脸面具)Are you happy? S1: Yes. T: S1 is happy. Are you happy, s2? S2: Yes. T: S2 is happy, too. ⒊
出示教学挂图。
T(指图1):Is Peter happy today?
Ss: No.
T: Why? (播放第一段录音)
S: Peter have music class again today. T: What day is it today? S: It’s Tuesday.

游戏——Quick response(快速反应)
教师说今天星期几,学生快速说出明天星期几;教师说明天星期几,学生说今天星期几,看谁反应快。
