Unit3 What can you see? （The first period）

教学目标：

1．

能听懂、会说、会读新单词：sun、moon、star、cloud 、lake、sea、boat、river、mountain、sky。

2．

能用所学句型“What can you see?”

和“I can see …”向别人询问所看到的东西。

1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

2、培养学生热爱祖国大好河山。

3、使学生养成保护环境的良好习惯。

教学重难点：

教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up 1. Greetings. 2. Revision.

Step 2 Presentation 1.

情景创设：PPT展示一幅有狗、猫、鸟、鸭子的图片。

T:What can you see in the picture ?(板书并教课题：What can you see ?) Ss:What can you see ? 2.

New words （1）PPT展示 the sun图片(板书并教：the sun) Ss:the sun（1）分小组赛读 （2）大声小声读

（3）男女分读

T:What can you see ?（老师引导说句型：What can you see ? I can see the sun .） （2）PPT展示the moon图片 (板书并教：the sun) Ss:the moon T:What can you see ?（老师引导说句型：What can you see ? I can see the moon .） T: Why do we say“the moon”，but not “a moon”？

启发学生思考此处the与a表示的涵义有何不同。说明当某事物是独一无二地存在时，一般使用定冠词the，比如：the sun ,the moon . （3）PPT展示star和 cloud图片(板书并教：star、 cloud) Ss:star Ss:cloud

（4）T： What colour is cloud?（从而间接讲解了Part A里面的内容white clouds.然后告诉他们They are all in the sky .引出blue sky .）

同法教授其他几个新单词（sea、 boat、 lake、 river、

mountain）并引导学生说句型What can you see ? I can see …,并采用不同的方式读单词和句型。

把所有单词打在同一张幻灯片上，让学生读一读。

3． Teach Part A (1)学生自读课文A部分并圈出刚刚所学单词。

(2) Let’s listen and answer.PPT展示问题。

a、What can Dongdong see ? b、What can Lingling see? c、What can Peter see ? （3）采用不同方式朗读课文（分组读，分角色表演）
