I’m watching TV 教学过程设计

一.教学目标

语言知识：要求学生掌握以下词汇（TV show , cleaning

,reading ,shopping ,swimm-ing, playing , watching TV,

doing homework,

eating dinner,

talking on the phone）

语言功能：学会谈论人们正在做什么,能就发生的事做现场报道

语言结构（日常交际用语）：现在进行时（三种形式）

What are you / they doing ?

I'm / We're/ They're watching TV/ doing

homework. Is he/ she watching TV?

Yes, he/ she is.

/ No, he/ she isn't. 语言技能:

（1）能用现在进行时的各种形式进行准确的描述和表达正在发生的动作。

（2）能掌握现在进行时态及一些表示具体动作的词组搭配，如：watch TV, read books, play soccer, talk with/ to , be boring, go to the movies, want to do sth.等。

二．教学设计

1．创设情境，以旧引新

由于课文内容简单扼要，没有情境铺垫，学生难以进入学习语言的状态，因此创设循序渐进的情境非常必要。我在课前准备了球类、电话、英语书等教具,创设下列情境，把学生从轻松的情境里带到学习新知中去。

T:I bring a lot of things here, do you like them ? S: Yes, I do . T: I can play basketball very well, now

I am playing basketball, can you play it ? S: Yes, I can . T:

OK, now please play it . (当学生打球的时候问学生) T: What are you doing

? S: I am playing basketball .（帮学生回答）

接着教师呈现其他教具,让学生在练习中通过视、听、说初步掌握词汇与句型。

2．借助话题，引入新知

（借助网络学习现在分词和现在进行）

3.完成任务，落实新知

1 Match the words and the activities. The teacher shows the pictures in 1a. Then, the teacher asks questions: ----What’s he doing? (Picture 1)

----He’s talking on the phone.

Ask and answer just like that, and finish 1a.(Ss can guess the meaning of

doing homework, watching TV, cleaning, eating dinner and reading.) The Ss read these V-ing words after the teacher. 2 Prictise the Present Progressive. show more pictures to introduce the Present Progressive tense. T: What’s she/he doing? Ss: She/He is v-ing

(Help the ss to answer the questions and show the sentences) 3). Tell the difference

Write down the V-ing forms by another lines of go, watch, do, play and eat . Ask the Ss to have a look and find the difference between them. For example: go and going, watch and watching, do and doing, etc. Then ask the Ss to read them again and do the following exercises (showing by flash cards). Step4. Listening. 1b.listen and check. The answer: 2 4 1 2a and 2b. listen and check Step5.writing. 1.

Let ss look at the picture and write

2c for pairwork step6. Homework Write down what your family members are

doing tonight. Then you’ll give us a report tomorrow.
