unit 5 I am watching TV.(SectionB) 教学设计 Step 1 .warming up.

T: Hello, boys and girls . Ss: Hello, teacher. T: Now we are having an English class. So what are you doing now? Ss: We are having an English class. T: Ok,now please stand up ,and follow me . (教师一边做动作，一边说。例如： I am running. I am reading. I am writing. I am jumping....目的就是活跃课堂气氛。) Step 2. Say the activities.

Please look at these pictures and tell me what they are doing ? (利用大量图片展示人们正在做的事情，对学过的动词及词组进行复习。同时在问答的时候，照顾学习较困难的学生。争取做到让他们会说、听懂。) Step 3 。Play guessing games.

1. Use "Is he/she --ing ?" to guess what people are doing . (展示6幅我班同学的生活照进行猜测，更贴近生活，更吸引同学们的兴趣。) 2. Then ask one student to act an activity,and the others guess. (可以让学习不太好的同学进行表演，让他们尝到参与课堂活动的乐趣，同时掌握一些基本目标语言。) Step 4. Activity 1a .

Ss: He is playing basketball at school / in the school. (通过这样反复的对话，学习本节课的重点内容，如下

at the mall = in the mall 在购物商场 at the library = in the library 在图书馆 at the pool = in the pool 在游泳池 at school = in the school 在学校）

2. Pairwork.(小组互动，培养学生的合作精神。让学生在用中学，学中用，并在学中用的过程中，体验到成功的乐趣。) A: What is he doing ? B: He is playing basketball. A: Where is he playing basketball? B: He is playing basketball at school / in the school. 3. Complete Activity 1b Step 5. Listen to Activity 1c and 1d.

不同层次的学生均有所获。

基础较差学生能运用所学句型进行简单的交际练习。英语能力较强的学生则进行了大量的口头练习，语言能力拓展达到一定深度和广度。
