一、指导思想与理论依据

依照《英语课程标准》中“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神，形成一定的综合语言运用能力”理论，英语教学要面向全体学生，突出学生主体，以各种活动为载体，激发学生的参与感。我在设计课堂教学时，以餐厅点餐为主线，让学生在具体的语境中学习理解单词、句型的含义。做到传授语言知识与语言技能并重，从而培养学生综合语言运用能力。

二、教学背景分析

（一）教学内容分析：

本课是北京版小学英语义务教育教科书四年级上册第六单元第１９课的教学内容，为故事教学。本单元的话题是围绕点餐展开的，以点餐为主线，本课时学习想要吃什么的问答句：“What would you like to eat?”

“I’d like ……

”

以及单词:meatball, order, salty等。

（二）教学对象分析：

小学四年级孩子有一定的生活经验，能够较为理性判断事物。注意力的目的性增强，注意力保持的时间更持久，注意力的稳定性由15--20分钟提高到20--30分钟，孩子各种活动的目的性增强，内在动机开始成为孩子的学习动力，但是外在激励仍然是孩子学习的重要动力。孩子的逻辑和抽象思维能力开始增强，归类、对比等能力开始增强. 在本课之前，学生已在北师大版的先锋英语中接触过蔬菜以及部分食物的名称，并在《At the restaurant》一课中初步学习了用“Do you like ……?”“I like……

”来询问和表达喜欢某类事物的语句。

三、教学目标设计：

（一）知识与技能

1. 学生能够听，说，认读单词：meatball, order, salty等,并能在实际情景中运用。

2．学生能够听懂，会说点餐用语“What would you like to eat?”及回答“I’d like …….”并依据所提供的情景进行对话交流。

3．能够分角色朗读对话。

（二）情感态度与价值观

树立健康饮食的意识。

学生能够听懂，会说点餐用语“What would you like to eat?”及回答“I’d like …….”并依据所提供的情景进行对话交流。

五、教学难点：

分角色朗读对话。较好的学生可以创编对话。

３.Guessing game Who am I? What can I do for you? 第一次直接说，第二次老师拿着托盘说，第三次老师拿着托盘和菜单说。帮助学生猜出答案。

T: Yes, I am a waitress. I work in a restaurant. (板书：餐厅) 【设计意图: 通过猜一猜的小游戏激发学习兴趣，并揭示本课主要场景】

(二) Presentation １.预测故事

T: Today Mike and his parents are going to have dinner in a restaurant.（贴头像）

T: What are they doing? / What are they looking? (出示PPT) T: What will they say? Ss: Do you like……. I like ……. What do you like? I don’t like ……. 【设计意图:创设情境，引导学生运用已有的知识对故事情节进行预测，同时激发学生继续学习的兴趣。】

2. 学习故事

1) Learn the first picture T: Listen and answer the question “What do they want to eat?” (教授单词 the sweet and sour fish、meatballs，贴单词) What does he/she want to eat? How does he/she say? (贴句子) Can you read?

T: The vegetables are healthy! They are good for your body.（贴词healthy）

【设计意图：培养学生认真听的好习惯，通过提问的方式来考查学生听的效果。鼓励学生猜测词义，渗透英语单词学习方法。通过教学healthy一词对学生进行健康饮食的教育。】

2) Learn the second picture T: May I take your order?

(贴头像、句子) Do you want to be a waiter? Try it! T: Look! The waiter is coming. (PPT) 【设计意图：教师借助道具自然过渡到第二副图的学习。】

T: The waiter said “I’ll tell the cook” Do you know what does “cook” mean? S: 厨师

T: What will the waiter tell the cook? S: Chinese cabbage and potatoes for mom. (贴Chinese cabbage和potatoes) T: Mom ordered Chinese cabbage and potatoes. Will he tell the cook another thing? S: “Please don’t make them too salty”. T: Mom said:“Don’t make them too salty”. Do you know why? I have something for you. You could use your finger to taste it. T: What is it? Yes. These are salt. The salt is salty. Too much salt is bad for your body. You should eat less salt. 【设计意图：借助实物帮助学生理解单词salty, 同时帮助学生树立少盐的健康饮食观念。】

3）拓展对话

T: Mom ordered Chinese cabbage and potatoes. What about dad and Mike? What will dad say? How about Mike? 【设计意图：在理解了课文内容之后通过拓展对话来为学生提供进一步理解和运用点餐用语的机会。】

T: What would you like to eat? S: ……. 【设计意图：以waiter的口吻向孩子们介绍其它的食物和饮料，激发了学生学习的兴趣，在此为学生创设操练主题句的平台，让学生学以致用。】

4. 小组活动

Act by self. 【设计意图：通过小组表演的方式为学生提供运用语言的平台,鼓励学生创编对话，体验成功。】

九、教学设计特色

1.本课通过创设“餐厅就餐”的情境，营造氛围，吸引学生注意力，紧贴故事内容，激发学生学习的兴趣。

2.以歌曲导入，用直观感知的方式帮助学生理解单词及句型，引导学生逐步深入学习本课主要句型，分散教学难点。

3.在教学单词及句型的时候鼓励学生依据已有的知识及生活经验猜测词义，充分体现英语与生活的密切联系，渗透英语学习方法。

4.板书设计贴合故事内容，将故事情节一目了然地呈现出来在学生眼前，帮助学生整体感知故事，并为小组活动提供了语言支持。
