通过一至三年级学习,学生已经能用“This is ...”, “He/She/It is...”, “I/He/She can...”来描述他人特点;在四年级,学生将学习如何运用“He/She has ...”, “He/She likes doing ...”来描述第三人称单数的他人的不同衣着风格及特点。
【活动与经历】
本单元的核心词汇除了skirt, jeans,其他基本都是学生在1~3年级的教材核心板块中习得的,主题关于friend,也是之前已经出现过的,但是所用的He/She has...句型是学生新知,因此学生需要重点学习与操练。教师可以采用Say and act的形式,让学生们在情境中通过语段输出的方式说一说,习得新的句式,熟练运用新的词汇。

She has a small mouth and some sharp teeth. She can run and bite. One day, Mr. Lion runs too fast, then he runs into a net. He is afraid. Miss Mouse is afraid too. But then, she has a good idea.
