Unit 4 Look at the T-shirts. （Period 1）

一、教学目标：

1. 词汇：能听懂、会说、认读新单词T-shirt, trousers, they, but, shorts, big, nice。

2. 句型：能用“Look at the …” “I like …”谈论喜爱的服装颜色。

3. 指认并认读出服装单词。

4. 能跟同伴谈论服装方面的简单内容。

5. 能听懂、会说A部分的对话。

二、教学重点：

能用句型简单讨论服装颜色、大小等。

三、教学难点：

Short和shirt中的ir, or字母组合的发音区别以及单词正确的读音和运用。

四、教学过程: Step 1. Warm up/ Revision 1. Greetings. 2. Say a chant. I like blue. I like red. I like black and white. I like pink. I like green. I like the yellow balloon. Stet 2. New words and sentences learning (1) look Teacher shows an English book, and ask Ss, “What’s this?”, review the word “book”. And change letter “b” to “l”, let the Ss try to read the word “look”. Then learn the new phrase “look at” with body language. 注意look at的连读。

(2) T-shirt, big, too

Teacher writes down letter “T”, and asks Ss “What ’s this letter?” and draws a T-shirt stroke. Use Phonics to learn this word. And read the sentence “Look at the T-shirt.”

Teacher shows a T-shirt.

T: Look at the T-shirt. It’s beautiful. It’s red. I like the red one.

Then teacher shows a green T-shirt. S1: Look at the T-shirt. It’s beautiful. It’s green. I like the green one.

T(Put the T-shirt on the Student): Oh, you like the green one. But it’s too big for you.

Help the Ss understand the meaning of “big” and “too big”.

(3) they，nice Teacher shows two T-shirts. And say: “Look at the T-shirts. They are beautiful. They are nice.” Help the Ss understand the meaning of these two words.

(4) shorts Teacher shows shorts, and explain that when the word means “短裤”, it use complex form. And help the Ss to distinguish “or” and “ir” in the word.

(4) Words and sentences practice. ①

Teacher read the words and sentences and Ss repeat. ②

Litter teacher read the words and sentences and Ss repeat. ③

Games:

a. Pat or Bomb. Teacher show Ss the word cards and sentences cards. If the Ss can read, pat the card. If not, throw a bomb to him. b. Listen and say. Number the sentences and words. Teacher say the numbers, Ss read the sentences

or words. Then exchange. Step 3. Learn the dialogue ①

Listen and count Listen to the tape but do not open the book. Teacher gives the task: How many dress words you hear? What are they? ②

Listen and find. Open the book, and listen to the tape. Underline the clothes words, check if you are right. ③

Listen and number. Show the pictures of the text with contents, and ask the Ss to rank. ④

Listen and repeat. Listen to the tape and follow. Lead the Ss to copy the pronunciation correctly.
