What does she look like? Period 1导学案
Learning aims: 1.Can listen, read and say the new words and phrases.
2.Can use the patterns to ask and describe people’s appearance.

3.Can use the patterns ”He/She is/has … .” correctly. Learning process: Step 1 Preview 1.
I say you do(我说你做): Touch your body(摸摸你的身体部位)
nose(鼻子)
mouth(嘴巴)
hair(头发)
eye(眼睛)
ear(耳朵)
face(脸)
Step 2 Presentation 1.描述外貌的单词:tall(高的), short(矮的), young(年轻的), old(年老的), beautiful(漂亮的)
词组:long hair(长发)/short hair(短发);
big eyes(大眼睛)/small eyes(小眼睛);
a round face(一张圆脸); a big nose(一个大鼻子)/a small nose(一个小鼻子)

Group work(小组合作): Talk about the people in groups.(组成随机抽取一位人物,小组内合作讨论描述,然后分工准备展示)

Show time(展示): Group state, then other students guess who did they describing. (一组同学先起立,其它组同学问”What does he/she look like?”,组员按分工进行描述,展示完后,其它组的同学猜猜他们描述的人物是谁。)
