Unit 6 It’s raining

本单元主题是Weather,主要词汇有rain, raining, rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather其中涵盖的两个语言点是了解掌握天气名词转化为形容天气状况的形容词；其次用句型（How’s the weather?/What’s the weather like?）对天气状况进行问和答。

一、教学目标：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 能掌握以下单词：

rain, raining, rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, snowing, snowy, weather

能掌握以下句型：

2) 能用所学的知识描述天气情况。

2. 情感态度价值观目标：

教育学生善于观察天气，善于调整自己的情绪；了解世界各地的天气情况，增加世界观念。与此同时，通过对天气的学习掌握能让学生有爱护环境的意识。

二、教学重难点

三、教学过程

Step1 Greet and lead in 1.给学生展示一张带有天气标识的图，以此导入本堂课并询问学生喜欢那种天气？

如：Do you know these logos? And what’s the meaning of them? What kind of weather do you like? 2.以此引出本堂课的生词。通过师生问答互动的方式引进本课的重点词汇。

T: So do you know any words about weather?（Show some pictures to students.）

T: Ok, very good. So how about this one? S: …

3.回顾本单元天气名气以及形容天气状况的形容词以及两者之间的转化。

Step2. Presentation 1.

向学生展示图片，并就图片信息向学生提问。

T: How’s the weather? S: It’s raining/ rainy.

T: Ok, very good. So how about this picture? How’s the weather? S: It’s windy / sunny / cloudy…

Show something else about weather and then ask students to work in group. (two by two). （展示给学生一些自画的天气标识然后学生间小组进行问答。）
