Period 1 教学目标

1、能听懂会说新单词a raincoat, a jacket, an umbrella, clothes, thin , thick, new, old.

2、能听懂会说本课对话，能用句型

“which

…

do you want?”对事物进行比较，并做出选择。

教学重点及难点

重点:理解并正确运用课文A部分中对话对事物进行比较，并做出选择。

难点:理解句型“which one do you want”中

单词卡片,课件等。

教学步骤

Step 1 Warming up

1、师生问候

2、情景引入,课件出示画面

pet shop ,book shop ,clothes shop

T(教师做出很兴奋的样子)：Today is Saturday .I want to go shopping. I want a rabbit. Where am I going?

S;（看画面）You are going to pet shop.

教师点击课件，出示上一课学的动物及词汇;a puppy ,a kitten ,a rabbit ,a parrot.

然后let students read them quickly.

T:我们看完了pet shop，你们也喜欢购物吗，我们一起去book shop看看怎样。

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1、

学习

a thin book, a thick book .

教师点击课件，出示很多书，让学生感受book shop的气氛。然后Teacher show the students a thick dictionary, and ask them what it is. Then teacher show them a thin English book, and ask them what it is. Then ask them if there is anything different between these two books, let student say their different points. Yes, one book is thick, the other one is thin. Then lead to read the two words, thick and thin.。最后领读a thin book, a thick book。学生跟读，小组读，个别读。

2、

学习a raincoat, a jacket

T：我们逛了几个商店了，

你们累了吗? S:

不累，还想去

clothes shop看看。

T；好的，那我要考考你们的眼力了哦，let us game –what is missing.

教师点击课件快速出示帽子、T恤、雨衣、鞋子。

指名学生回答。引出jacket.

教师领读，

学生跟读后spell it.

T; It is beautiful ,how

much is it. ?出示价钱15元S：It is 15 yuan．

Is it expensive or cheap?引导学生说出cheap。T: Ok，that is cheap .The jacket is cheap．This is a cheap jacket .带读词汇

a cheap jacket后

，学生练习。T:

你们还看见什么呢？引导说出

raincoat，教师说明

raincoat

由rain

和coat

组成

，学生拼读单词后，引读

，个别读

齐读。

课件出示两件长短不一的雨衣

，让学生比较两件雨衣有什么不同。引导学生说出a long raincoat和

a short raincoat

。分组练习读。

：clothes shop

里还有什么呢？

指名回答后，教师订正：a cap. a pair of shoes . T; what color are they? Red？

Yellow? Blue？Red?点击课件出示a blue cap和.a pair of yellow shoes.。表扬学生的眼力真厉害。课件完整地出示图片和词汇：a blue cap, a cheap jacket, a short raincoat ,a pair of yellow shoes, a pair of new shoes.

小组读，个别读，齐读以上词汇。让学生整体感知所学词汇，并为学习A部分句子和句型作铺垫。

3、小结所学单词a raincoat, a cheap T-shirt, a thin book, a thick book. a jacket, an umbrella, clothes, a pair of new shoes, a pair of old shoes ,an old book. Students read them out loudly.

Step 3 Practice

T:我们休息一会儿

1、播放课文A部分录音。let students try to understand its meaning, and then read after it.

2、Then read the text again, 3、有感情的大声朗读课文A部分,同桌分角色表演。

Step 4 Consolidation

1、

Find some opposite words,课件出示三幅图画。

Picture1:一个胖胖的矮矮的老人与一个瘦而高的年轻人。let student say their different points，teacher ask the students to find other pairs of opposite words,, such as：fat-thin.

Short-tall

old-young.引导学生接着说子进行人物外貌描写The grandmother is fat/short/old.

The man is thin/tall/young.

Picture2一条崭新的蓝色长围巾标价100元和一条旧的粉色短围巾标价7元。引导学生运用句型“which scarf

do you want，…or…

?”对事物进行比较，并做出选择。

一本大而厚的语文书和一本小而薄的英语书。Ask the students to find more opposite words.

2、Homework ;Ask the students to copy down the new words on their own notebook,
