四、教学过程
Step 1 Warm-up
1.Greetings.
2.Warm-up: Sing and dance
How much is that doggie in the window?
Step 2 Lead in.
1.Playing a video and answer the questions.
2.引出“标志”。New word:sign.
3.引出课题:What does that sign mean?
(1)学习新单词:mean。
(2)学习祈使句:Do not ...
4.综合句型,操练重点句型。
Q:What does that sign mean?
A: It means “Do not...”
Step 2 Presentation
1.情景导入:全班同学搭乘校车去恒大影城看电影,路线是从和平小学出发,绕过九华湖公园,达到万达影城。
T:What signs can you see when you are in the school bus?
T: What does the signs mean?
2.New words and phrases
(1) 首先用多媒体展示校车经过九华湖的两个场景。
学习标志:Do not fish.
Do not pick flowers.
教新单词:pick。
(2)然后校车到达了恒大电影院,进入到电影院内大厅。学习3个标志:Do not smoke. 学习新单词:smoke
Do not spit. 学习新单词:spit
Do not use a mobile phone. 学习新单词:mobile
(3) 进入到观影厅准备看电影,学习标志:Do not talk.
3.用唱反调的游戏来操练刚才学的标志。还可采用大小声,小组比赛,开火车等形式操练单词和词组。
4.总结标志用“What does that sign mean?”句型问,答句“It means …”
(1)T: What does that sign mean?
Ss: It means …
将学过的标志问一遍。可采用师问生答,男生问女生答,还可采用小组问答等方式。
5.课文学习
(1)用课件呈现电影院的场景,学习单词cinema。
T:Who are they?
Ss:They are Lingling and Mingming.
T: Where are they going?
Ss: They are going to the cinema.
(2)看A部分课文理解大意。并学习新单词Visitors
(3)新知识点:Exit:It means “You can go out from there”.
Staff only means “Visitors do not go in”.
(4)Read aloud.学生自己朗读,然后分角色朗读。
(5)打开网页进行趣配音。
Step 3 Extension
1.创设情境。
教师创设情境,引导对话。学生两人一组,根据教师所给情境选择合适的标志语。
T: There’re four situations on the blackboard: in the library, in the park, in the classroom, in the museum. And there are four envelops.Each group can choose an envelop and stick the suitable sentences under the scene.The best and fastest group can get prize.
情境1 In the library: “Do not smoke.”“ Do not use a mobile phone. ”
情境2 In the park: “Do not pick flowers.” “Exit” “Do not spit.”Do not fish.””Do not swim.”
情境3 In the classroom: “ Do not spit.” “ Do not talk.”
“Do not eat.”
情境4 In the museum: “ Do not spit.” “ Do not run.”“ Do not take photos. ”
2.展示比赛结果,师生共同检查。
3.老师给予评价及奖励。

Step 5 Homework
1.Find the sign around you in your life.
2.Search the information on the internet to make signs.
