1. Warm-up and revision （1）Daily greetings to Ss.

(2) Revision ：Review the places. Review the present progressive. (3.)Enjoy a video. 2. Presentation

(1) Present the new words. Present some pictures of different places. Help Ss to understand the new words. Then, show Ss pictures of different weather. Help them to understand the new words and how to use them to describe the weather. 3. Work on 1a

(1) Match the words with the pictures.

(2) Talk about the pictures with Ss using the target language.

4. Work on 1b

Listen and write the city names.

5. Drill

Ask some Ss to repeat the conversation and change the words used. 6. Work on 1c

（1）A: Hi! How’s the weather in Beijing? B: It’s sunny.

(2) Ask some pairs to present their conversation to the class.

7.Pair work 8.Summary Let students summarize the key points one by one ,the teacher add it. 9. Homework
