Step 1. Warm-up

(1) Greeting with students Hello boys and girls. How are you?

(2) Sing a song (twinkle twinkle Little star)

(3) Do some TPR activities. like clap your hand、 close、your eyes 、put up your hands.

purpose :To form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss, by singing and doing some physical response.

Step 2. Presentation

(1)Ask the students some questions Do you like fruit? What kind of fruit do you like? Then lead in the lesson

(2) Show the students the real fruit, learn the new words实物教学学生更容易理解并记忆该单词

(3)熟悉新单词之后,运用现有的实物水果,引出句型“Is this an/a…? 并引导学生回答“Yes ,it is. No , it isn't ,用不同的水果反复练习该句型。

Step 3 Practice

(1)Listen to the tape , follow the tape , try to Imitate the pronunciation

(2)Role play the dialogue of part A

(3)Game: Quick response show the real fruit to the

students they should speak the words quickly

Step 4 Consolidation

(1)Learn a chant

(2) Seta situation ,imaging You and your friend are in the orchard and see a lot of fruit . Try to use the sentence pattern “Is

this an/a…? “Yes ,it is. No , it isn't . make a new dial ogue , then show their new dialogue

Purpose:it will help the students master the new words and sentences pattern more easily and students will kown more about the fruit , like their color and taste.

Step 5 Summary

let the students have a review what we have learned today .then make a supplement.

Step 6 Homework

1.listen to the tape ,practice the dialogue of part A with your family members

2.make a survey . What fruits do your family members like to eat? Then use the sentence pattern make a new dialogue
