一、Teaching aims教学目标: 1. Language aims语言知识目标：

1) Make the students read the news words and phrases：rule, arrive,

arrive late, hall, dinning hall, hallways ,listen, listen to, fight, sorry 2) Make the students master the new sentences：

① Don't eat in class. ② We must be on time. ③ We must eat in the dining hall. 3) Learn the Imperative Sentences of Don’t. Learn to talk about the rules by using the Modal verbs can and must. 2. Emotional attitude and values aims情感态度价值观目标：

1) Make the students know how to talk about the different rules in the different places.

I. Introduction 1. Class begin. 2. Introduce myself and my school by playing a video. II. Leading-in III. Presentation 1. New words and phrases:

Play a video twice to lead in the new words and phrases. arrive late; fight; listen; listen to; dining hall; hallway 2. New sentences: Don’t fight! Don’t arrive late for class! Don’t eat in the classroom! We must eat in the dining hall. Don’t listen to music in class! Don’t run in the hallways! IV. Finish activities 1a and 1b 1. Finish 1a. ①look at the picture on Page 19. ②Find out which rules these students are breaking. ③Write the numbers of the rules next to the students. ④ Check the answers. 2. Finish 1b. ①Listen to the conversations carefully ②Find out what rules these three students are breaking.
