通过chant,让学生复习小学学过的动物，并激发他们的学习欲望。通过I do you guess ,pairwork, conversation, beauty pageant, writing

等一系列联系，创设情景，激发学习兴趣，让他们积极参与到学习中来。最后通过MV宣传让他们学会爱动物，保护动物

Step1.Lead in

T:Everybody ,do you like animals? S:Yes T:How many animals do you know? S:bird,snake,cow,…….

T:Do you want to see more animals ? S:Yes.T: OK,let’s chant

设计意图：通过对话，引出学生小学学过的动物单词，对这些词语进行复习，总结。自然引出新课。

I do ,you guess 设计意图:老师依次比划monkey, panda, elephant, tiger, lion, giraffe, koala, dolphin, penguin通过这个活动，让学生对动物印像深刻，同时激发他们的学习兴趣。

Step3.Show a picture of monkey,let student say the English word. And show the new word”smart”.Then show other animals’pictures.

And teach animal words and description words .Say how many animal words and description words can you remember. compete: who says the most words 设计意图:新单词教学，让学生熟记单词后在快速说出刚学的哪些单词，这是一个训练记忆的过程。 Step4.OK,now let’s go to the zoo and talk about the animals

设计意图：通过图片带学生看看动物园，激发他们的学习热情，激发他们想说的欲望。

设计意图：通过对话练习，及复述对话，让学生由句到段，由浅入深的进行口语练习。

We are very happy. 设计意图：通过观察动物园，并进行写作练习，让学生由口头表述转变为书面描写动物，让他们从词到句，再到段，最后是篇。有一个系统的练习，加深对新单词和句子的印像。

设计意图：通过对谚语的学习和dog and cat的资料收集，让学生了解关于动物的习语，并了解中西方文化的差异。同时让他们自己去收集资料，也可以培养他们自己动手，主动去学习的习惯。

本课学习的目的主要是让学生学会6个动物和5个形容词。会用简单的语言描述动物并谈论它们。同时让学生进一步了解动物，了解他们的基本生活习性。关爱他们并保护他们。本堂教学设计要是能加入一些视频或声音就更好了，只是本人才疏学浅，操作不便，所以在设计上有所欠缺。板书一直是我的短板，下次板书再工整些就更好了。英语口语还需多多加强。谢谢大家。
