Unit 7 Mingming’s diary 【主题】Our happy life 【话题】Topic 1: Happy school day

本单元学生所要谈论的话题是围绕教师设计的Our happy life而展开。本单元将继续围绕一般过去时展开话题的讨论。学生已经在第五、第六单元正式学习了这一新的时态,在Unit6中学生学习到了… did …这个句型,在本单元学生将学习由各种人称组成的一般疑问句式,即Did you/he/she/ they…? Yes, I/he/she/they did. No, I/he/she/ they didn’t.通过学习,学生将会进一步掌握一般过去时的内容。

为此,教师设计了以交谈学校生活、周末以及节日为内容的文本内容,给学生提供可以谈论的话题。想让学生通过教师提供的情景,联系实际,进行描述。而且对于本单元新出现的日记格式是新知识点,通过学生之间的交流学习,他们可以在教师的引导下,以阅读日记的方式进行获取信息、并落实到最后的写作。从中让每个学生都能回忆和体会自己的幸福瞬间。

【单元教学目标】

(一)知识与技能:

1.在语境中感知、理解并运用本单元核心词汇:great, ask (asked), Mid-Autumn Festival, parent, take (took), meet (met), spaceship。

2.在语境中感知、理解并运用本单元核心句型:Did you/ he/ she/ they ---? Yes, I/

he/ she/ they did. No, I/ he/ she/ they didn’t.。

3.学习并掌握字母l, r, h, a, i以及字母组合ey, ai, oy, oi在单词中的发音。

4.学习正确朗读儿歌The star,语音语调规范。

(二)过程与方法:

1.能运用本单元的核心词汇表达过去某一时间发生的动作行为。

2.能用所学的核心句型,描述过去某一时间发生的人物变化。

(三)情感态度与价值观:

1.引导学生养成记日记的好习惯。

2.让学生懂得日记属于个人隐私,不能擅自翻看别人的日记。

1. Happy school day Yesterday was a special day for Sue and me. We usually play together after class. But yesterday morning, we were at different places. Sue was at the school hall. Because there was an interesting show. I went to the library, I thought Sue was there. After the show, they had a special P.E lesson. Sue and Hong Wei usually play badminton together on P.E lessons. But yesterday afternoon, Sue did yoga in the school gym. Hong Wei swam in the swimming pool. Their teacher told them they did better than before. They were very happy. They had a wonderful time on P.E lessons yesterday.

Yesterday afternoon Hong Wei and Sue also had an interesting English lesson. They usually sing English songs or read a story in class. But yesterday afternoon, their teacher asked them to celebrate the Halloween together. First they made Jack o’ Lantern in the classroom. Then they shared the candies. How happy they were!
