研究背景与说明:
根据“语篇整体性教学”的理念和小学生实际认知水平,可以采用
“先整体,再解难,后整体呈现”的整体教学模式。教学语境的“整体性”体现在单元教学的整体性和单课时教学的整体性。
五年级英语课堂教学中故事语境创设的实践研究,主要从语篇的整体感知入手,通过引导学生逐步完成相关语篇任务,整体培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。在英语课堂教学中我们利用“应用性阅读教学”理论—语境式教学即语篇、语境带动语言学习的方法实现课堂教学的“主动、有效”。小学英语教学的目标之一要培养学生学习英语的兴趣。俗话说:兴趣是最好的老师。培养学生的兴趣才能使学生更好的学习。本课时用莱特兄弟的故事激发学生的积极性。故事教学法以丰富多彩的故事内容吸引学生的注意力,加上同桌互动。四人小组互动,让学生沉浸在故事营造的氛围之中学习语言。因此,故事教学法符合新课标的要求。用故事教学法教授可以把枯燥的机械操练转化为有趣的故事情节描述过程。同时,故事的创设一般都具有哲理内容和道德寓意,使学生在这个课时的英语学习知道要树立正确的理想,并且为了理想而努力。把英语教学和素质教育融合,符合新课标的要求

5A unit6 单元教材分析:
五年级的学生刚从Unit4开始学习动词过去式,知道了少量的动词过去式的形式,第四单元和第五单元学生也就学过am, is, was, are, were, say, said, come, came, want, wanted, start, started, go, went, 教材分析
ask, asked, answer, answered, sleep, slept, see, saw。
本单元Wonderland所涉及的学习内容是相关联的过去式,
fly-flew, watch-watched, have/has-had, grow-grew, read-read, 课型
新授课文
make-made, play-played, do-did 8个单词以及相关的8个句子。初步体验过去式的表达方式。对一般过去时的陈述句的表达稍有积累,
但对一般过去时的疑问句形式及否定形式的运用不太熟悉。在教学过程中安排做一些相应的口语操练,使学生能流利的表达。
Farmland创设情景使用句型Where were you? What did you do ?及其回答,学习过去式的特殊疑问句。
Grand Theatre的主题是A story about the Wright brothers,课文采用采用了过去式描述了The Wright brothers were interested in flying. Then they read many books and studied hard. Later they made a plane and the plane flew into the sky. 教材的处理:
纵观本单元教材,发现本单元注重生活联系英语学习,让学生通过这一单元的学习,更加了解一般过去式的结构和功能,能用所学的过去式描述以往发生的事情。教材中有些动词的过去式我班学生已经掌握,例如go-went, am/is-was, are-were, see-saw等等。
Fly-flew, grow-grew, make-made 是本单元的新授过去式,新授词组:

根据教材的内容和本班学生的实际情况,我把教材的主题确定Dream,分四个课时,话题分别为
Wright Brother’s dream(1)(强调词汇学习), Wright Brothers’
dream(2), (强调语言结构学习)My dream(强调语用),本课是第四课时话题为Dreams。根据学生的实际情况,本单元教学重点侧重于对于文本内容与文本结构的理解、学习、运用。主要教学重点是莱特兄弟的故事,教学内容从Wright brothers’dream到My dream.课中探讨多个Dreams. 从怀特兄弟的梦想谈及名人的梦想,最后谈及到自己的梦想,从而引发学生情感:Where there is a will, there is a way. 本课的主要任务是能熟练运用课文中的所学的语言知识提取信息,最终学会一个小故事。以这样的训练最终达到锻炼学生口语能学情分析
力和提高写作能力的目标。通过本课的教学,我们要让学生们去热爱科学,尊重为人类社会的进步做出积极贡献的人们,懂得通过今
天勤奋的学习,努力实现自己的梦想。
语言技能:正确理解故事《The story about the Wright Brothers》,在故事情境的推进中学会短语和句型be interested
in, have a dream of..并能适当运用。
语言应用:在故事情境的推进中学会复述故事,在故事的复述教学目标
中掌握过去时的运用方法了,并流利地说出莱特兄弟的理想以及自己的理想。
情感态度:在学习莱特兄弟故事中为了自己的理想而努力,并且理想实现这样一个故事中,激发学生学习热情,建立正确的价值观,梳理远大理想,并为实现理想而不懈努力。
研究
目标
本课在进行教学时,主要研究的是故事教学法在五年级课文教学中的运用,但要用一种方法完成课堂教学是不可行的,也是不现实的,因此,还需配合图文结合法、板演法、言语提示法、语言思维模型法、合作学习法等一些课堂常用教学策略以达到教学目的。“研究目标”具体教学措施如下:

教1、故事教学法:该方法在本课教学时贯穿始终。通过讲故事的方式学
创设故事情境:Wright Brothers的故事,以吸引学生的注意力,并措且随着故事情节的推进让学生学习运用过去时的语言表达。

2、图文结合法:借助图片和文字的提示让学生完成言语的训练。为学习基础薄弱的学生,降低语言材料的采集难度,同时通过创设的故事情境,让学生能顺利的完成语言输出。
3、言语提示法(1):借助语用输出的图式与所需的语言材料,降低语言输出的难度,让学生能借助图式完成语言输出。(2):建立语言探索如何在小学高年级英语课堂教学中进行故事语境创设的实践研究。在故事语境中操练语言,提高学生语言表达能力。
输出结构,提供所需的语言素材,激发学生对语言记忆中的材料进行提取,重组语言结构,提高学生的语言思维能力。
4、板演法:科学设计板书,通过语言支架的解构能有效的呈现新的语言内容与语言结构,激活学生的思维,对习得的内容能根据语言结构用自己的语言进行dream的描述。
5、语言思维模型法:搭建本课中故事性的的语言模型,通过角色扮演来进行语用输出,达到综合训练的目的。
6、合作学习法:通过开展不同类型的合作活动,如师生合作,生生合作(两人小组,四人小组等),以合作的形式使学生习得语言知识。
7、评价伴随:学生通过自评、互评,对莱特兄弟的故事进行描述(课后)。
