Unit 8 I come from China.

结构：where are you from? I come from China.

学情分析：本单元是一个独立的单元，与前后两单元没有太大的关联。但在第一单元已经学会了where这个词的一些用法。本单元主要围绕Nationality这个话题进行学习的。主要的句型是：where are you from? I come from China.

四年级学生经过一年的学习，积累了一些简单的日常用语，能通过表演来练习简单的对话，具备了简单的认读能力和听力能力。学生爱玩，好表现自己，用多种教学方式来学习语言，激发兴趣。

二、单元整体教学目标

1、能听懂、会说、会读国家名单词: China, Australia, the USA, Canada, France, the UK. 2、能理解并初步运用句型：

Where are you from? — I come from China./I'm from China. 3、能听懂会说会演Part A课文内容。

4能借助图片理解会读拓展阅读材料PartD的内容，感受阅读的乐趣。

5、了解fr字母组合在单词中的发音，诵读歌谣，获得学习乐趣。

（亮点与不足）

把全班分成四个组，进行组与组之间的竞赛。采用的手段是画五星红旗，看哪组得到的最多。通过画国旗来激励学生努力学习，在统计与总结时有可以复习数字。

评价形式，有师评、他评、自评。使得评价的过程变成了真实运用所学知识

1、亮点：游戏、作业布置、评价体现了新课程理念，能促进学生英语思维的发展和综合能力的培养；注重了基础知识的听说读写训练。

2、不足：游戏当中，可以更多关注基础中等学生，甚至学困生。
