Students could design a healthy one day meal. 教学过程: Steps: Step1: Greeting 1. Hello everyone, I’m Elva. Do you still remember me? If I say “Hello everyone”, you say “Hello Elva”. Let’s have a try. 2. Last term I told you how to make fruit salad, do you still remember the three steps? (Choose some students to recite.) (1) Wash the fruit. (2) Cut the fruit. (3) Mix the fruit and the salad 3. Do you think eating fruit salad is good or bad? Why? It has so much fruit in it, it is good for our health. If you like you can eat it everyday!

We need food everyday, food is very important for us. Food can give us energy, can make us healthy, but it also can make our bodies become unhealthy. 2. So much delicious food in the world! What is the healthy food? What is the unhealthy food? Look at the food pyramid. It shows us how much of each kind of food we need every day. 2. Explain the food pyramid. 3. What do we eat more and what do we eat less? —— We should eat more rice, noodles and bread, vegetables, fruit. We should eat some milk, eggs and yogurt, meat, chicken and fish. We should eat less fat, salt and sugar. 4. Look at these foods, which is the healthy food and which is the unhealthy food? Write on your paper. 5. We should eat more healthy food and less unhealthy food.

children usually eat? What do unhealthy children usually eat? Step 4: 1. Do you want to be a healthy children or an unhealthy children? 2.
