(一)知识目标

4、能够正确理解并朗读课文导言及对话。
(二)技能目标
结合生活实际和多媒体课件积极创设各种生动活泼并较为真实的情景来引导学生理解,使得学生能用英语进行生活交际。
(三)情感目标
通过对课文的学习,使学生了解圣诞节的风俗,引导学生正确理解中西方文化的差异,拓宽学生的知识面,拓展视野。

Christmas is a popular holiday in the USA .It’s on the 25th of December. But people usually have a party on the 24th of December.They usually spend time with their family .They have beautiful Christmas trees and give presents to each other. Everybody can get a Christmas present at Christmas.
T: Do you like Christmas?
S: Yes, we do.
T: OK. Today let’s learn Unit7 At Christmas (揭题)
Step3.Presentation. T: Last Christmas, my family got a lot of presents. Here are some presents. Let me show you. OK? Ss: OK! (Show three different color boxes) T: Can you guess, what present is it? What’s in the box?
1.red box→purse T: Let’s have a look. Open it. T: Wow, a beautiful purse. It’s my purse. It’s mine. I usually put money in it.I like the colour very much.
T: The purse is mine. It’s not yours. Yes? Ss: Yes. 呈现新词:mine/yours
T:My mother gave me the purse, so it’s from my mother.(板书:It’s from…) 2. blue box→teapot T: Let’s open it. Oh, it’s a teapot. T: How about the teapot? S: It’s very nice. T: Yes. It’s very beautiful.
